ANNEES® on Uber Eats – Terms & Conditions

1. Third-Party Ordering Platform  

All Uber Eats orders are processed through the Uber Eats platform. By placing an order via Uber Eats, you are agreeing to Uber Eats’ own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. ANNEES® is not responsible for delivery logistics, app functionality, or payment processing errors that occur on the Uber Eats platform.

2. Availability  

Currently, ANNEES® is available on Uber Eats in Cairns only, including the following locations:

  • Rusty's
  • Smithfield
  • Earlville

More locations may be added soon — stay tuned!

3. Menu and Pricing  

Items available on Uber Eats may differ from what’s offered in-store. Prices on Uber Eats are set to include service and delivery fees managed by Uber Eats and may not match in-store prices or promotions.

4. Loyalty Program  

ANNEES® Loyalty Points cannot be earned or redeemed on orders placed via Uber Eats. Points can only be collected through purchases made in-store at participating locations.

5. Order Issues  

If an item is missing, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please report the issue directly through the Uber Eats app. As a third-party platform, Uber Eats handles all order support, refund, and resolution processes.

Where is ANNEES available on Uber Eats?  

Currently, you can order ANNEES on Uber Eats from our Cairns locations only:

Can I collect ANNEES Loyalty Points when I purchase via Uber Eats?  

No, ANNEES Loyalty Points can only be collected or redeemed when you make a purchase in-store. They are not available through the Uber Eats platform.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?  

If Uber Eats offers a pickup option in your area, you’ll be able to select it during checkout in the app.

Who do I contact if something is wrong with my Uber Eats order?  

All order concerns, including missing items or refund requests, should be handled via the Help section of the Uber Eats app.
