Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and with tags attached, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at brand@anneescaphesuada.com, make sure to quote your order number.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive your order and it is defective, damaged or the wrong item, contact us at brand@anneescaphesuada and we can arrange a return or refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on sale items due to change of mind. This does not affect your consumer guarantee rights.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If you are eligible for a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
